The 31st IHCA AGM took place on Saturday 21 September in the Radisson Blu St Helen’s Hotel, Stillorgan, Co Dublin. The meeting heard that key national health programmes are at risk due to the ongoing consultant recruitment crisis. These include the new national children’s hospital project, the National Cancer Control Programme, and the national maternity strategy.
