To ensure that medical students can continue their education in a safe environment during the Covid-19 pandemic, RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences has teamed-up with Croke Park Meetings and Events to create “a unique satellite campus at the historic home of the GAA”. RCSI lectures will be held in event spaces throughout Croke Park for the 2020/2021 academic year beginning in September. Over 650 students will use these facilities to continue their learning at a safe physical distance in smaller learning communities, which will cycle through the campus on alternate days over a six-day week.
